How Brinmi works

If you need something from home

  1. Post what you need

The item, where it's from, where it's going, photos so there's no guessing, and the carry fee you'll pay.

    4827 Delivery complete

The people in these pictures are examples.

The saree your grandmother wore.

You want a real Banarasi silk saree, and the stores near you don't come close. So you send a voice note to whoever in the family is flying home next, and hope there's room in their suitcase.

That works, sometimes. But it only reaches the people you already know, the person carrying it does you a favor for nothing, and if the wrong thing arrives there's no one to ask.

Brinmi keeps that same favor between people from the same community, and adds what's missing: more travelers to ask, a fair fee for carrying, and a clear agreement both sides can see.

Every step agreed, and on the record.

Offer, price, receipt, meet-up and handover all happen in one conversation, so both sides can see what was agreed. If something goes wrong, either of you can report it and the Brinmi team reviews the delivery.

Everyone starts new, with no reviews. Reputation builds one delivery at a time, and both sides can see it before they agree to anything.

Price agreed first
The item price and the carry fee are settled in the chat before anything is bought.
Receipt in the chat
The traveler posts the receipt, so you can see exactly what was paid.
Handover code
You give the traveler a code only once the item is in your hands.
Reviewed after every delivery
Both sides review each other. Reviews appear once both are in, so neither is a reply.
